FAQ:
What is changing with this incentive offer?
- NCE-CSP rates continue to be 5% with an additional 2.5% special offer in Q3, making it a total of 7.5% for every seat in NCE-CSP
- Legacy CSP rate has expired as of December 31 st .
What do I need to do to take advantage of the incentive offer?
With your active MPN membership and enrollment in the CSP program, along with meeting the eligibility guideline stated above and in the incentives guide (see pages 106 & 116), there is no additional step to take in order to participate in this incentive opportunity. Once qualifications are met, Partners will be paid out automatically along with the regular CSP payments. No claims required.
What qualifies as eligible revenue?
Any Microsoft 365 Business Premium revenue billed through NCE-CSP during the offer duration.
What changes should partners expect with this incentive in the future?
NCE rate may be subject to incremental seats only in FY23-Q4 (April 1, 2023)

We are excited to announce the launch of the FY23 Partner Investment Engine (PIE) offers. PIE strives to accelerate digital transformation opportunities by providing funding for partners' pre-sales and post-sales services engagements, including activities such as workshops, proof of concepts (POC), pilots, migrations, and deployments.
You can begin requesting funds through these programs as soon as they go live in the PIE Portal. Please keep in mind that work cannot begin with the end customer until you’ve received an approved Purchase Order.

FY23 Azure Everywhere provides funding to help eligible customers along their cloud adoption journey through partner-led activities aligned to the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework. FY23 Modern Work Everywhere
New! FY23 Modern Work Everywhere funds pre and post sales activities that partners can leverage to drive sales, deployment, and consumption of strategic Modern Work products, such as Windows 365, Viva, Teams Phone, and Teams Platform. FY23 Security Everywhere
New! FY23 Security Everywhere funds MSSP Partners for activities, including a new Managed Security Services option, that showcase the capabilities of M365 Security & Azure Security to drive sales, deployments, and consumption with eligible customers.
