Having started as a 1st line support person after finishing my university degree in 2009. I have moved up the scope to my current position as Operations Manager…
…and I love my job! Striving for efficiency and getting the best out of my team. I get the opportunity to work in and support all departments within the business to affect Organisation Change to keep Business Competitive Advantage where my direct focus is on raising the ceiling on top-level productivity whilst minimizing increases in (if not reducing) operational costs.
I have only put some key highlights of my role below:
Team Development: Currently responsible for recruitment of, training and ongoing development of the Service Teams
Project Management: Scoping, Admin, Procurement, Implementation, transition to Support
Consultancy: Working with Client to define needs/Pain Points and then use Internal resources to define the solution in response. I would then work with our clients through the Project Management LifeCycle and into on-going Support if applicable
Training: IT Best Practise Client Training Documentation creation and delivery
Support: Keeping up to date on all implemented solutions to be able to provide support as needed
Within my role, I get to learn new solutions, technologies and new ways of thinking, all of which I absorb and use to help develop my offering.

Graphic designer: logo's, graphics, artwork and I know my way around website development.
Personally, my passions have not changed since university days. I am still an avid Gamer / Game lover, so when I am not playing, I am watching pro's play. Keeping fit and healthy is a lifestyle choice so you will find me in the Gym 3-5 times per week but, my favourite hobby is still...growing old with my Wife, two Children, Family and Friends
