Employment Verification about to lose items

I put in a case on April 19th and still just sits on an open status with nothing.  I have uploaded the requested information and soon this is going to impact business.  The ticket is:  2104190040001003.  I am posting from another account because the GA account associated with my partner account is listed as read-only.  Our email is hosted on O365 under this partner account so that alone should provide some proof of verification.  Would love if someone could escalate this before I lose services.  This was much easier when we could call someone and they could look at it and help.
