Microsoft Premier Support Offerings (Professional Services)
microsoft describes in the product terms on page 113 some Microsoft Premier Support Offerings, available through Microsoft-Volume Licensing programs:
As I understand it, these are support services that you can sell as a reseller. But looking at the volume licensing price list, I can not find a matching SKU. Also, the distribution and partner support is not able to help 😞
someone has experience with this offerings?
my real concern is: How can a volume license customer get support for on-prem-products including windows server, exchange server etc.
the question is not about cloud / m365.
