How do we show proof of Pub Sec Disclosure for Pub Sec customers that we are attached to for PAL so that we can receive incentives? I received instructions from the Partner Center help desk to send the Pub Sec Disclosures to Online Incentive Help Alias (onlineci@microsoft.com). That team does not understand my request and continues to try to send me back to Partner Center. As you can see in the MCI guide it states that we will only earn PAL incentives for Pub Sec customers if we show the Pub Sec Disclosure (PSD). There is no POE submitted for PAL so I need to understand how we show proof of the PSD as we have many attaches at Pub Sec accounts that we are not earning incentives on.
