Utterly useless Partner Centre Support

Had a ticket open with UK support for over a month, simple problem. Our gold partner benefits have not been correctly assigned so we are not getting our $12,000 Azure credits.

I'd already spoken to Azure who said "Yup we can see the problem, on the Azure side we can only see the 2018 credits not the 2019 ones, Partner Centre support need to reassign the 2019 ones to your account"

So off I go to Partner centre, after three weeks they say, "Naaa, it's Azures fault go see them" (with no explanation why or what to ask for)

So off I go back to Azure who say once again, they can only see the 2018 credits, they have no way on earth of adjusting this, only Partner Centre do.

So back to Partner Centre Support I go and a week later they just closet he ticket and email me saying " Due to the nature of your request I have been advised that this support is the incorrect department for the request and you must contact the Azure support team for your issue."

Utterly USELESS! Azure support will just tell me the same again, so I'm stuck in limbo.

 

Anyone have any ideas how I can resolve this?
