Thought Leadership Series [1-1]: Customer Experience/Digital Transformation

We are kicking off our first 'thought leadership series' by featuring one of our exceptional MSFT partners! Tune in throughout the month of October for four uniquely curated sessions all around customer experinece and digital transformation.

Series Title: “Customer Experience: The New Battleground in Digital Transformation”  

Session 1: The Power of the Paradigm Shift  (October 9th, time 11:00-11:30am PST)

  • In our real-time, always on, digital world, customer expectations continue to rise at a meteoric pace. Personalized, value-add experiences need to be available anytime and anywhere. In fact, in a recent study conducted by Microsoft, nearly two thirds (59%) of respondents had higher expectations for customer service than they did just a year ago.  This all adds up to a single imperative: embrace the new customer-centric paradigm — or step aside as your customers race to competitors.

Session 2: Bridging the Gap between Companies and Customers (October 16th, 11:00-11:30am PST)

  • The distance between companies and their customers has never been wider. To bridge the gap, it is essential that we as partners connect with customers on deeper level and build a personal relationship based on trust. In this session, we will explore how to build this emotional connection through your brand values.

Session 3: Empowering Employees to Deliver on Brand Promise (October 23, 11:00-11:30am PST)

  • Dale Carnegie reports that companies with engaged employees outperform those without by more than 200%. When employees are empowered customer satisfaction improves, the business culture thrives, and the bottom line impact is measurable. When your people succeed —your company does too.

Session 4: Closing the loop: When Customers, Employees and Brand Converge (October 30th, 11:00-11:30am PST)

  • Customer experience drives transformation and creating a culture of empowerment for your employees fuels its success. In this session you’ll discover how to drive the connection across customers, employees, and your brand to increase productivity, innovation, and brand loyalty – the heartbeat of customer experience.
