Trying to order with promo code (MS for startups program)

I am trying to order with promo code (MS for startups program) but I am not able to press the Order button. We receive the following error message: Refresh the page and try again. Something went wrong, and we couldn't complete this order. (CV: jFoiiFx7GhfCArjx.10). Can you pls help us here?
