We invite you to join us for the Microsoft #BuildFor2030 Hackathon, an opportunity to focus your attention and resources on growing as a changemaker, and creating solutions that will make a difference, in support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Climate action and sustainability: Solutions that address sustainability challenges faced by customers and industries across the globe, helping organizations unlock data, support environmental impact reduction initiatives, and create more sustainable outcomes.
Accessibility and disability inclusion: Accessible technology and solutions that enable inclusive experiences for 1+ billion people living with disabilities.
Enabling the nonprofit sector: Solutions that enable the nonprofit sector to achieve scalable and measurable mission impact.
Empowering communities: Solutions that strengthen our institutions, create more equitable access to health, education, and social services, and support resilient communities.

Last year the Employee Resource Group for Accessibility organized a #Mentalhealth week. This image is the Microsoft Netherlands Wellbeing Manifest and it is one of the outcomes of the week, compiled by colleagues, with the aim of turning inspiration into action for sustainable good health. By sharing our own mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual beliefs, we want to collectively promote clarity, empathy, and kindness at a particularly challenging time in the world. This year we will be organizing another mental health week! The energy of the team is great, and we will have partners joining! Are you in? Sent me a message if you want to join and maybe even share how you nurture the culture of feeling safe enough to make mistakes, how to raise tough issues, take risks and ask for help! #msftnetherlands #wellbeing #manifest #msftadvocate #microsoftlife #greatcolleagues #culture #health #Psychologicalsafety #Partnersmakemorepossible #Partnerpledge
