Reseller Status Declined Employment Verification Fails
We have been a CSP for almost two years and Indirect Reseller for about the same with active customer subscriptions. After the move to the new Partner portal we are unable to get Reseller approval.
A ticket has been raised and all the necessary info provided.
The business legal profile is authorized, the business profile fails because MS are unable to verify the domain. Which is exactly the same as the Legal email domain.
I have provided updates on the ticket number. Providing proof of domain ownership.
I have managed to speak to O365 support who said someone from the CSP team will be in touch within 24 hours, that was last week. on two different occasions
I would appreciate any help as I seem to be going around in circles at the moment
