Dynamics CSP Concierge Desk Open to Partners!

 

The CSP Concierge Desk is now open to Partners. The service is focused on assisting with Dynamics 365 licensing requirements for CSP transactions and providing guidance on the correct Dynamics 365 upgrade and transition SKUs for CSP customer opportunities. The intention of this resource is to empower and deepen the knowledge of our CSPs and Field while accelerating pipeline.

 

The program targets four critical areas within the CSP transaction process:

 

  • Renewals:
    • CRM OL to Dynamics 365
    • AX OL to Dynamics 365
  • Transitions:
    • CRM OP to Dynamics 365
  • ERP OP to Dynamics 365 (Great Plains and NAV excluded)
  • Business Central transitions:
    • Dynamics AX, GP, NAV, SL, POS, RMS, CS, XAL OL to Business Central
    • Dynamics 365 F&O Business edition OL to Business Central
  • Prospective Customer Opportunities:
    • Identifying SKUs for Dynamics 365
