Cloud App Security
I have a customer who is interested in purchasing Cloud App Security. They have 600 users. They have started a trial. If they were to buy this product as an add on subscription but only bought say 400 licenses, what functinality would they be missing for the two hundred non-licensed user.

I believe you would not be able to apply any of the events or alerts to those users. You would still see the events for those users in the dashboard but I would explain that Cloud App security isn't a pick and choose product. Things get.... messy when you have a mixed license environment with CAS.

Thanks for your input. Microsoft documenation does not make this clear.

When I asked similar question, i was told that CAS does not currently enforce licensing, but that is something that could always be done in the future.
