windows 2016 active directory compatibility matrix
Dear Sir,
My customer is ready to upgrade windows 2008 R2 AD to Windows 2016.
But we need to confirm is there support for running Lync Server 2013?
The 2013-1107 official document has just list support Windows 2012 R2.
Does anyone customer production is windows server 2016 AD DS + Lync Server 2013 and working without any issue?
Thanks for your time.

From the link you posted minimum DFL/FFL is 2003. The minumum domain functional level for introducing the first 2016 domain controller is also 2003.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/identity/ad-ds/deploy/upgrade-domain-controllers
so it sounds like you're good to go.
