Restoration Exchange 2010 mailbox on Exchange 2016
Hi all,
a customer of us is using Exchange 2016 solution which has been upgraded from Exchange 2010.
Post implementation of Exchange server 2016, the team has decommissioned Exchange server 2010.
We were using Veritas Netbackup client for Backup and Restore on Exchange 2010.
We are using Veritas Netbackup client for Exchange server 2016 as well.
Now we need to restore a mailbox which was located on Exchange 2010 solution on the new environment Exchange server 2016.
Please suggest any way to restore this mailbox, if it is a supported operation ...
Thanks
Davide

Hello, @DaveMaus, as your backup solution specialists write on their forum, it can be a problem.
Still, this video step-by-step guide can be also helpful.
I would recommend contacting the Veritas Support team, they can suggest you the best solution. I use other solution for my MO365 backups, and I am happy to learn now that my choice was right. UI is understandable, backups are fast and reliable and no problems with them.
