Microsoft Partner Network or MPN is without any doubt the very main entry when partnering with Microsoft. MPN enables to be enrolled as a partner and then to subscribe to the program that best fit your needs in order to meet your objectives.

You've come to the right place! I would suggest you read the first post on this forum to get familiar with Microsoft Partner Network as a baseline -  What is Microsoft Partner Network? post.
