Partner Admin Link consumption not reflecting on My Insights portal

We added PAL(Partner Admin Link) to one of the client user accounts on 24th September. Consumption should have reflected in 2 weeks but now its close to 2 months there is no consumption on My Insights. I followed the instruction (Use Azure portal to link new partner ID) in the link below:
