How to address issues with Microsoft Partner
I reached out to Microsoft Partner to buy few office licenses. They quoted me the price in canadian dollars and confirmed that during our email conversations and now they are saying price is in US dollar. How can I resolve these kind of issues ?

Just to clarify, you are a Customer who bought Office365 Licensese from a Microsoft Partner, correct ?
In such a case, the partner is responsible for resolving billing issues between the partner and the customer and for resolving support requests when these tasks cannot be successfully completed.
Please log a support request on the Partner side.
