How many times can the competency assessment be taken for competency?

Hi

I am trying to understand how the silver tier Microsoft silver competency works. I have referred this article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4505958/silver-or-gold-competency-attainment-in-partner-center

For data platform competency under big data option there are 2 assessments to be passed. Clicking on any of the links takes me to a partner university link. There we have some course content and a assessment.

My questions are:

1. Is passing these 2 assessments the only requirement for achieving that competency or is there some more exams to take?

2. Can I take the assessment exam multiple times till I pass or do I get just one chance?

You need 2 individuals from your organization to pass the exams as described in the requirements.

To attain competencies, all the requirements are listed here and the annual fee must be payed, according to the link below.
