How do i get my Access ID, Contract ID as a MAPS member
When i tried to create a product support case. I get a message that no subscription. When I look at my insigts i see 10 support cases available.

For which product do you want to create a support case? The error message sounds a bit like there is no eligible subscription for opening a technical suport incident - this can happen when choosing or only having a Azure subscription from a CSP Partner (Where the CSP Partner offers support).
