I'm looking to get a bank loan for about $70,000 to buy bulks of Xbox series x from Pakistan so I can resell them to customers in the US.. its for a project that I'm doing with Xbox and Unreal Engine 5.

First, I recommend that you enroll in the Microsoft Partner Program that is now changing name to the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program and I also encourage you to subscribe to the Microsoft Action Pack.

Second, in order to become a reseller you should get in touch with one of Microsoft's distributors for your region. I would suggest that you contact Ingram Micro in Morocco at marketing-na@ingrammicro.com or in Egypt at Mohamed.Selim@ingrammicro.com and ask about the possibility to sell in Malawi. If this is unsuccessful, please contact Microsoft in Kenya as that is the closest office to Malawi and ask them which distributor that you can work with.

@egedik : Yes, enroll in the MPN program, then enroll as CSP Indirect Reseller and connect with an Indirect provider.

Often Indirect Providers do provide detailed guidance on how to onboard as CSP with them as well.

There is no such thing as an authorized reseller. My suggestion is that you enroll as a Member in the Microsoft Partner Network and that you contact a distributor in Malaysia like Ingram Micro or TechData and ask how you become a reseller. That's the easiest and preferred approach!

Hello,

There’s no such thing. The only thing needed is to set up a business relationship with a distributor like TechData, Ingram Micro or someone else. Then you can resell Xbox.

Essentially you need to find distributors in your country, create your company and establish a reseller relationship with the distributors. 

By contacting them directly, you should get more information about the enrollment process.
