Hi Demba,
Microsoft has an office in Kuala Lumpur so they conduct lots of business in your country. My suggestion is that you contact a local distributor like Ingram (https://my.ingrammicro.com/c/Contact-Us.aspx) or Techdata (https://www.techdata.com.my/) as that is the easiest way to become a Microsoft reseller.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for your question!
I suggest that you contact one of the distributors in the US. I can highly recommend both Tech Data and Ingram.

Create a reseller account through which you will order volume licenses from an authorized distributor. Do this by visiting the Microsoft Partner Network to find a list of authorized distributors in your area. Read through the distributor agreement to understand its terms.

@chamikaoshan : See the answer from Per two posts above - there is no process for that, this is up to the decision of the local subsidiary.

Hi Andy,
I suggest that you contact your local Microsoft subsidiary in case you want to become a dsitributor.
Please note that Microsoft are very seldom adding more distributors.

Hi @Phanvan !
No, it has nothing to do with that as you will need to earn the badge yourself (btw Gold is going away this month).
You should buy from a distributor and you will need to have a reseller agreement with them which has little to do with Microsoft. But you should also be part of the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program that is the new name for the Microsoft Partner Network so that you start to build a relationship with Microsoft (the cost if zero for the basic level of membership) and if you want to resell CSP you should sign an appendix for that in the Microsoft portal.
Hope that helps!

Hi @PerWerngren,
I registered to become a Microsoft Partner as below picture and waited for more than 1 week at business verification step.
Please tell me what's my problem here?
Many thanks

Hi @Phanvan !
Sometimes this is complicated, and you might want to submit a support ticket in the portal.
In order to make this verification to work you will need to have a legal entity (i.e. some kind of company) officially registered in your country and that is officially verifiable with a company registration number (this have different names across the world).
You will also need to control your own email domain (i.e. not Gmail etc).
Hope that helps!

Hi again @Phanvan,
I understand that you're located in Vietnam and it might take longer for Microsoft to process applications from your country. My suggestion is that you file a support ticket in the partner portal.

Hi @PerWerngren
Sorry for my missing your reply
But I not yet get your point about "file a support ticket in the partner portal."
Could you help me to explain more details?

Hi @Phanvan - in the partnerportal (partner.microsoft.com) you will find a question mark "?" in the upper right corner. That's where you start the process, you can then click on "Contact Support" on the bottom of the window that just opened.
