I've signed up with MPN using our Australia office as main account. I've then added our EU office as a location as we are selling in both Australia and the EU.
I get an error however when adding an EU customer via the "request reseller relationship" that our organisation is not allowed to sell in the EU region. I thought, however, that this would be achieved by adding our EU offices as a separate location.
Do I need to add a user to the EU location? And how would I lock that user to the EU region?
