Address Validation Failed error while renewing partnership
While renewing the partner membership, I am getting 'Address Validation Failed' error on the renewal screen. Snapshot attached.
In my Partner Profile, verification status is Authorized which means my addresses have been verified.
Has anyone else come across this situation and how to resolve it. Its kind of urgent because our partner renewal date is expiring next week and if that happens and we are unable to renew our benefit will stop.
