Actionpack renewal over Partner Network

Recently I wanted to update my Actionpack and during the process was told to regiser at the partner Network.

Sadly I still was unable to renew my Subsctiption. It seems like my Partner ID has changed and my Actionpack is not linked to my Partnernetwork Account. Anybody experiencing the same issue?
