Hello,
We do a lot of work for nonprofits which is also an industry focus we would like to expand. We appreciate MS recognition in awarding our team the MS US Partner-of-the-Year for Nonprofit 2022.
I just discovered this community, and I have a few questions I hope you assist.
1. How can we get access to the MS nonprofit cloud and all it's module?
2. In particular, we are interested in the Fundraising & Engagement for one our nonprofit customer found here: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/dynamics-365/msnfp.msftnonprofitfundraisingandengagement
3. How can we get listed as a MS nonprofit partner: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/nonprofits/partners

HI! Tuan- Thank your for your inquiry. Please find your answers below.
1. How can we get access to the MS nonprofit cloud and all its modules?
Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit Pre-production for Partners
A Global Admin should submit a request here: [ISV] Request License (dynamics.com) choosing “Discounted Offer (Available to all MPN partners)” and the Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit - Standard license option. Your MPN and Tenant ID will be validated and then an email will be sent to the requestor for next steps.
2. In particular, we are interested in the Fundraising & Engagement for one our nonprofit customer found here: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/dynamics-365/msnfp.msftnonprofitfundraisingandengagement
The SKU is tenant-wide and does not need to be assigned to any specific user(s). Once the SKU appears in your tenant, you will be able to deploy and setup the solutions via Microsoft Solution Center: MC4N
3. How can we get listed as a MS nonprofit partner: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/nonprofits/partners
You should satisfy the following requirements to be considered for inclusion on that page:
Partner organization must be a Microsoft partner in good standing
Partner organization must have achieved at least one of the following:
- A Solutions Partner designation by January 30, 2023
- A partner capability score of 50+ towards a Solutions Partner designation by January 30, 2023
- A legacy gold or silver competency as of September 30, 2022
- An ISV with a co-sell ready offer
- Participating in the ISV Success Program
A Microsoft partner must have completed the following:
- Registration as a member of the TSI partner community: https://www.microsoftpartnercommunity.com/t5/Partners-for-Social-Impact/ct-p/Partners_for_Social_Impact
- Registration to receive nonprofit communications: https://info.microsoft.com/ww-landing-tech-for-social-impact-recruit.html
- Created a Partner Spotlight featuring one of your customers; reference customer must be an existing, Microsoft-qualified nonprofit customer and aligns to one of the Microsoft Nonprofit Industry Priority Scenarios: What is the Partner Spotlight (microsoft.com)
- Know your Donors and Supporters
- Deliver Effective Programming
- Accelerate Mission Outcomes
- Secure Donor and Program Participant Data, or
- Feature the Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit
4. Have a public facing (up to date) website with nonprofit specific solutions in market

Hi @AngelaH
Can you please provide any guidance for @tuan's 3rd question:
@tuan wrote:3. How can we get listed as a MS nonprofit partner: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/nonprofits/partners
I tried to submit a question through the new Nonprofit Contact Us process but they were unable to assist (Case #: 33773339).
Thanks

Hi @realcsi , @v-jillarmour
In no way is this my area of expertise, but does this help? - Microsoft-Office-2021/configuration-Office2021Enterprise.xml at master · nguyenthanhluongtdc/Microsoft-Office-2021 · GitHub
Additional resources that may also be useful:
- The steps below are for the subscription versions of Project Online, and the non-subscription versions of Project 2021 - Install Project (microsoft.com), so it looks like this includes your (3) on-prem licenses.
- To update the process configuration - On-premises XML process model - TFS | Microsoft Learn
- Forum to post Project questions - Technet forums (microsoft.com)
Note: This is a great question and one that others may be looking for the solution to. Therefore, this would be more visible in a separate post so that others can see the topic. 🙂
If this (or someone else's) reply answers your question, please Accept as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly.
Regards,
Microsoft Licensing Concierge
