Non profit not appearing in the special qualification
I have a customer who is now approved as a non profit. I am not trying to create a customer instance for her in my partner center. The special qualifications field in the form does not have the option for "non-profit" in the drop down list. What might be the reason? how can i resolve this?
If the customer is approved as non/profit, then the customer would have created their tenant *create new work account) in the non/profit portal. You do not need to create a new tenant in Partner Center, but invite the customer's tenant using the reseller relationship link instead.
