I wanted to check in with you all to see how you're doing.
There's no denying these are stressful times, with many new - sometimes daily - challenges. And with May being Mental Health Awareness Month, I wanted to reach out to you all.
Please share your coping tactics, any fun memes, anything you're struggling with and just need a safe space to voice it, or resources you've found that would be useful for this group.
For me, I'm trying to give myself grace every day. And coffee - lots and lots of coffee!!!
