We have heard your feedback that finding new talent particularly related to the Security field remains one of the major challenges in the Swiss market. And we are happy to announce the ``Modern Consultant Program for Security``.
What:
A program to attract new talent and support your recruiting- & enablement strategy for Security resources to develop into the consultant/architect capacity.
How:
- Partner hires one or more “Modern Consultant(s)” (80-100%) and integrates the role into their Security delivery and/or pre-sales operating model while committing them to attend the program.
- Microsoft facilitates an enablement-, training- community- and coaching agenda via online & hybrid events with a regular rhythm (approx. 16 hours per week in average)
Scope:
The program will cover the following topics:
- Block 1 - Designing Identity and Security solutions
- Block 2 - Plan, implement and manage identity and access management
- Block 3 - Design and implement platform, application and data protection
- Block 4 - Plan, implement and manage threat protection and security operations solutions
- Block 5 - Plan, implement and manage governance and compliance
Who:
- Partners Microsoft Cloud Partner Program members who have demonstrated proven expertise in the Security domain aiming to get their Solution Partner for Security designation until June 2023.
- Program participants - New hires with hiring date between April and September 2022 who will focus on M365 & Azure Security Solutions
When:
- The Program is foreseen to start in February 2023 and end in June 2023
