account settings profile info showing "rejected" at employment verification

I have been a partner for two years and an Action Pack holder for two years.  My account settings profile info is now showing "rejected" at employment verification, and stuck on employment verification on legal business profile.  I've submitted everything that was asked of me to submit, I've reached out to support to create a ticket, and nothing is being done to help with this issue.  My action pack is due to renew in May, 2022, and I won't be able to renew it without this issue being corrected.
