We were not able to verify your email domain - How do I complete the process?

Haven't had a clue that becoming a Microsoft Partner could be such a sisyphic process. 
It's been nearly 3 weeks since I've started the Partnership Process and we're stuck on the Employment Verification stage. 

Already opened a support ticket:
1. Sent an Invoice

2. Sent domain registrar 

 

No success with completing the stage.

Any chance I can speak to a real person? How do I complete the process?


Any help would be appreciated.

Thank You very much, Andra. You've helped a lot, the process ended successfully. It was a pleasure.
Currently stuck in the CSP Indirect Reseller initiation, but guess it's on the right track.

Triple checked and sent the Domain Registrar + Invoice. Got ignored.
