We were not able to verify your email domain. Follow below instructions to fix:

Hi,

I have tried to finish the process of the partnership and reseller, but I am still stuck in repeating the same process in the last several days and progress line reaches to the "Business Verification" and then goes back again to the beginning and so on.

 

I updated all the information and verified my email three times, in addition, I uploaded many documents such as Domain Registration, Commercial License, Trade Name Reservation Receipt, invoice , Commercial Registration Certificate and more, but still there is no response yet. I already opened two tickets and still waiting, here are the tickets IDs (2104200010002029) and (2104180010000141)

 

So please I need your help to resolve this issue.

Im having the same issue as well, still awaiting help form Microsoft. Tomorrow my subscription at Partner Network runs out and this will cause me to in a challenge to kepp working. My visual studio will stop, my domain will be offline. I regret the day I signed up for this, its been a nightmare. Just getting a partner network sub is a hell, try renewing it. Al the info was already there, I only had to give Microsoft my money, but somehow I need to go through all the hoops again.

Please note is best to keep one single case open, to avoid duplicate efforts and backlog in the support queue. This will likely extend the time for response.

With that said I have forwarded the cases internally for investigation.
