We are stuck with MPN Registration - Help Needed!! No response from Microsoft around ticket we raised, all documents have been provided.

We at Cloudologix Limited, GB, London (MPN 6486783) applied to join the Microsoft Partner Network but the enrollment was rejected at Employment Verification stage. We then looked into the detailed requirements and as per our best of knowledge all details are correct and as per Microsoft requirement. We raised a support ticket (Number 2111250040007499 ) and also provided all the below documents as attachments -
1. Company registration document with UK Company House
2. GoDaddy Invoice for Domain Ownership
3. Details from Who.is and ICANN matching the domain details with the company registration and MPN.
4. ID Proof of the Director
However, its been a week and we have not received any response from the Microsoft. No one has even looked or suggested anything on the case 😞
We at Cloudologix are trying to established an Azure specialized company with all our staff coming with many years of IT Digital transformation project with certified and specializing in Azure. We already in negotiation of contracts with some of the clients and having this partnership sorted in-time with Microsoft will greatly help us bring some business as well as ACR to Microsoft.
Please can you help us with sorting this issue asap?
