Verification rejected - Microsoft partner account (like everyone else)

Unable to verify my account like it seems everyone else is having a problem with as well. Sent domain ownership and invoice documents, always comes back as "Rejected".  Was verified a few years back and now its back to this, not sure what has changed.  Can't even seem to open a ticket to report the issue.  Have several clients I have coming up that I need to transition to exchange online and need to renew action pack...
