Unable to get through the verification process
No matter what information I provide to satisfy the employment or business verification steps, it never gets verified, nor do I hear back as to why the submitted information is insufficient. I'm really stuck here. I've opened the following ticket on March 15 but have yet to receive any assistance, despite having sent an e-mail every week to check-in: 2203150040007163
Is there a community manager or some other Microsoft rep that can take this matter on and assist me?
I'm still blocked and haven't received any assistance from Microsoft.
I'm now paying for extra M365 licenses since I cannot renew my Action Pack due to this blocker.
Is there anyone here that can assist me?
