Technical Support Benefit not active

We activated our technical support benefit couple days ago on our MPN but we are still no able to open technical support incidents as the "Contract ID" and "Access ID" is missing.

You might need to submit a case to Partner Center support. Note: Technical Presales and Deployment Services requests can be submitted before the support contract is activated.
