Stuck in Employment Verification in MPN
Our MPN membership is in renewal timeline, however we are not able to renew our Subscription. While trying to renew, we see a message asking for Partner Account verification which is stuck with no actions possible. My renewal timeline is till 14th Feb, so need to sort this out asap.
Has anyone else faced the same issue and has any suggestion on how to resolve this
We have a support case 2202020040003732 opened with Microsoft but have not received any response on this.
