Partner Competencies - Azure Consumption via Azure Marketplace Solution

I currently have a number of Azure solutions in the marketplace. I'm trying to achieve the Microsoft Silver partner status for "Cloud Platform". One of the Competency requirements is Azure consumption

Is there a way to associate the usage from users who install my virtual machine solutions in their Azure subscription count towards the Azure comsumption requirement for the "Cloud Platform" competency ?
