Partner Center verification stuck on Employment Verification

Good Afternoon to all.  I am trying to enroll in the Partner Center, and my verification is constantly failing on Employment Verification.  From all I can tell, I'm using a contact email within my domain and everything appears correct.  I've submitted ticket number 2107130040004945 along with supporting documents and haven't heard back from support.  Any ideas on how to move this along?  I'd like to get verified in order to purchase an Action Pack.
