Office re-installation after upgrading M365 Business Standard to M365 E3

In CSP NCE it is possible to upgrade some licenses. Does user have to re-install Office when upgrading from Business Standard to M365 E3?

That said, I believe this is not required, maybe other Partners can confirm.
