Microsoft SQL Server 2016 License
We are a MSFT partner and would like to purchase a few Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Licenses for our in-house development and testing efforts.
Our partner benefit only provides us Microsoft SQL Server 2019 License. Is there anyway, i can purchase the Microsoft SQL Server 2016 License with a discount?
Thanks
Amit

@asinha :
Additionally to what Andra mentioned, if you need it for dev/testing purposes Partner with Silver or Gold Competency get a number of Visual Studio Enterprise subscriptions, which provide access to all current and previous versions of software.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/subscriptions/program-mpn
VS can also be obtained directly on the website or via Volume licensing:

For CSP and volume licensing you can contact a local Partner or license distributor in your area, e.g. https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/Licensing/distributors:
