Microsoft Partner Support - No Response, No one answers 800 number

"Dear valued Partner. We’re currently experiencing delays in responding to support requests for CSP in EMEA. Thank you for your patience and understanding."

 

What is going on with Microsoft Partner Support? I created a support request for Employment Verification issues.. uploaded my documents... updated the ticket... no response. Try to call the 800 number and it just tells you "they are experiencing delays... Goodbye". Any suggestions?

 

... I get a delay but when you open the ticket (which I opened on 01/26/2021), their email response states you should receive a response: "Expect response within: 8 hours"

I’m currently trying to join as a partner, I can’t see all of the options I have a ticket open it’s been at least 11 days and I haven’t received a response. How can I get a response if there are next steps or an issue. Some kind of response would be appreciated 2210100040005812

@ashmon07  Hello! I am sorry for your troubles here and I see you have send quite a few emails trying to get support to respond. I have reached out and asked them to escalate your ticket. I don't know if it will help, but we can try!

2210100040005812 I changed the items support asked me to change. It’s still impossible to get a response from support we are going on week 2. I’d love to get the action pack if it means I can get some help in a timely manner,but I’m pretty sure I need to be a partner first. If support could send me the rest of the action items for verification I can get them done within the amount of time it takes to get a subsequent response. Can someone help me figure out what’s wrong with my account? Why I can’t see options? Should I expect this process to take several months or even years ?

@ashmon07 I'm sorry you are having trouble with this. I have looked up your ticket and I see that it was transferred just the morning the the appropriate team to manage the change you are asking for. I have reached out to that team and asked them to escalate your ticket. Please let me know if you hear anything back!

our customer wants to remain Microsoft Partner. His status expires on monday and he got no reply to his tickets so far ... 2105020040000008 and 2105180040001409.

I suppose you could say my partner account was dormant for a year or so and now I'm getting emails urging me to return and to buy an ActionPack.  Ok, I acquire a new business license under same name and decide to become an active Microsoft Partner again.  Problem: I no longer have the cell number associated with my MPN ID 4597826 so I need to associate my new cell number.  Microsoft has made it nearly impossible to reach a human and the online interface I need to access to change the cell number myself, well, it wants to text the old lost cell number to verify my identify.  How about a little customer service here?   The message we get when calling the partner support number points us to submit a ticket and then when you go to that site, there is no option to "submit a ticket".  Does anyone at Microsoft look at these interfaces from the user's point of view?  I think not but I'll settle for help changing the cell associated with my MPN ID please...an email, a phone call, a text message, anything.  Microsoft is all to able to reach out to sell something and I'm glad for that but how about helping me buy what you are trying to sell.  Do I seem frustrated?

In my case, 10 days already has passed but have no answer....  I am very curious why they don't respond.

I realise this is a rather old case now. But I'm having the same issues with MS. Half way through resolving an issue,  they have just stopped responding. It's been weeks now and they haven't answered any of my emails.

 

Can you assist or let me know how I can actually contact someone about this? thanks.

All my issues have been resolved today regarding this ticket. "Thank You!" Microsoft and Andra!!!!!

I opened a ticket on December 28th and upload the documentation. I heard back 4 days later and additional documentation was requested. I uploaded it and have not heard back since.
