Microsoft Action Pack

hi,

I Joined the Action Pack last year,and Account information has been verified.However, because the contract is about to expire and needs to be renewed recently, it is found that the account data verification has failed.And has been unable to verify successfully about Employment verification.

So I want to ask

How should it be verified?

And why does this happen?

please help
