MPN failing Employment verification
We have been trying to get this setup for the last couple of weeks now and every time the verification fails at the employment stage.
Created a support ticket on 8/7 and still haven't heard anything back, i have been calling and speaking to technical support since 12/7 and each time I'm just told "You should get a call back within 2-4 hours". I'm still waiting on the call back, even after calling every day since the 12th.
Is there any way we can speed this up? I've got a support ticket number if that helps at all - 2107080040006725. I've uploaded a couple of company documents within the support case but it just doesn't look like MS have even looked at my support ticket yet

Called again today after i was told yesterday my case had been escalated and i would get a call back, nothing. Same thing today, you will receive a call back.
This support is ridiculous. Online case is almost a week old now and no one has done anything with it

The route to solve verification issues is by submitting an online case.
Please review this documentation as well and make sure you submited all the information.
