MPN Failing Employment Verification

I have already submitted a support case and provided several pieces of information to include DUNS number, invoice for domain name, and my approved application for an EIN. It has been weeks since I have heard anything. Is this typical? I feel like this should not be quite so painful to be brought on as a partner.
