Joining MPN stuck on Employment verification

We are trying to join MPN, however we have been stuck on the the Employment Verification step. 

The exact message is: 

"We were not able to verify your email domain. Follow below instructions to fix"

I have chatted with support a few times, however that is not going anywhere. They have asked me to update my office 365 profile etc. which I have done, however we are still stuck on that step of the process.

I have also read the Business verification - We were not able to verify your business details forum post and one of the users recommends that we submit an incident. Which I tried, however when I click on Submit Incident I get to a page which tells me that I do not have access to and I decided to post in the community having exhausted all other means (well I still have not tried to call but I will need to mentally prepare for a call a bit longer 🙂 ).

 

Can anyone help out with getting past this step?

Hi CloudRicher,

 

No, we have not progressed.  Keep trying different versions of the same things and getting rejected on the employment verification.   I have only worked on the MPN legal info.  It appears they may also be asking for something in CSP.  I will spend some more time today, reply to the ticket again... and see what we get.  Will definitely share here when we get resolution.

@v-jillarmour - I've got exactly the same issue as literally everyone else on this thread. Probably more of an issue because I've finally been blocked from submitting information. Either because I've timed out or used the upload system to complain.

 

Any idea how long it's going to take to get my support ticket looked at?

Posting my solution here for completeness sakes. My issue was that I had bought my domain through Route53 and AWS doesn't post the domain name on the invoices so that was no help.
I ended up changing the contact information from .cloud to another domain my company owns and have the invoice for. Sent that invoice in along with company registration papers and payslips.

Im getting sick and tired of repeating the same process, we have had multiple times we have completed all the verification to come in a few weeks prior to renewal only to find we are stuck in more verifications with no way to interact and proceed without contacting support!

@edwardhong agreed. There are a lot of partners in the same boat and it's been taking the support team longer than usual to get through all the tickets. You ticket shows as active and your documents have been uploaded to the system. All the support team has to do now is review them, but just so you are aware some partners have been waiting up to a month to get a response. I know that's not what you want to hear, but please be patient with them. They are working as hard and fast as they can. Keep me posted on your status and hang in there.

@computerdoc Sorry to hear of your troubles here. I have checked your ticket and it is active and says pending initial contact. There are many partners having the same issue and support is backlogged. You have done everything you need to at this point to get this resolved. Now we wait... Sorry I can't be of more help. Hang in there!

I have received a response:

Please update the domain listed on your partner center account to be your corporate domain as well as provide supporting documentation as listed below

If you would like to appeal, attach the following documentation and we will review your organization’s status. Documents submitted must have been issued within the previous 12 months:

  • Domain registration / Domain invoice at registration or renewal that lists Entity/User name and domain as it is stated on your account.

My domain name already is my corporate domain name, so I do not know what I could update it to.

I have submitted a PDF of the email invoice from my most recent domain renewal.

I looked up your ticket number and it looks like they uploaded a new document to your file just this morning. Once they review you should be through the process. You are so close!!

@computerdoc I am sorry they haven't gotten back to you,, but everyone is having to wait a long time for help. They have alot of partners to help and are backlogged. I assure you the will get to you as soon as they can. I"m sorry I don't have better news. Hang in there!

After submitting many supporting evidence my employment status still kept on getting rejected and since 3-4 days I sent submitted some more and now its stuck at "No action required from your end until the verification team reaches out to you for further inputs." I opened a support ticket and no response, Support request number: 2202110040005392.

Please help.

Hello @Hey29, Your ticket is active and from what I can tell they have everything they need from you to move forward. Now we wait! As you can see from this string there are MANY partners in the same boat and it takes time for the support team to get through all the tickets and verify the paperwork submitted. Hang in there, it will happen. 🙂

@Prashant Sorry for your issues as well. As you can see there are LOTS of partners going thru this like you. 😞 Your ticket is active and it shows they sent you a communication just this morning. Looks like they are reviewing your information and will get back to you!! 👍 Good news, hang in there.

We have been MS Partners for several years.  Went to renew Action Pack and have been stuck at Employment verification for 10 days. Help Microsoft!

 

02/16/22  Support ticket 2202030040000510 created on 02/02/22.

I have added documentation of our domain status validity multiple times.

Can I please get an update?

@Yuhuilong-Tech Oh no!! I'm sorry to hear of your troubles here. Lots of partners are in the same boat (obviously as that is why this string is so LONG!) 🙂 

 

Please submit a support ticket and let me know what your ticket number is. At that point I can check the status for you and we can hopefully get you thru this process.
