How to Delete Microsoft Partner Center account and get a refund? Can anyone tell me? The support pages say nothing about this.

Pretty sure that there is no refund (as per the MPN agreement membership offers were obtained under) - at least not when any benefits like licenses were already activated, but this can be discussed with support.
