Employment Verification
We have been trying to get past the Employment Verification stage for more than 2 months. We have opened up multiple tickets with support, but all we get is an automated email stating that we need to submit documentation which we have done every time. We've gone as far as submitting the domain verified certificate which you can only get if you own the domain and that is still not getting a response from Microsoft. Once we send the requested documentation, we never hear from Microsoft again until the automated message stating that our case has been closed due to no response. Is there a way we can talk to an actual human to get this resolved?

thanks for the mention. I am not sure about the second case # the ID should begin with 2, can you double-check please?
✅Also as a best practice for future I recommend you keep just one case open, opening multiple tickets will duplicate efforts and extend the time for response.
Now I forwarded case # 2104190010006558 internally for additional checks.
