Employee Verification

Hello

 

We are stuck at the employee verification process - have requested help on support but nothing yet.  Our window for extending our silver status expired in 10 days!!

 

THis is the reply we got when I uploaded our documents

 

Thank you, I received an email from Microsoft.

We tried to verify your Partner Center profile information but were unable to do so
We’re unable to process your profile information and give you full access to Partner Center.

After several unsuccessful attempts to verify your information, we’ve ended the verification process. No further action will be taken on this profile verification.

hello @v-jillarmour - any update on this? our silver status has run out and even our emails will be shut down soon 😞

@Akshat1 It appears they sent you an email on Friday asking you for more documentation. Once you upload what they have asked for they can review it and move forward with your verification.  

 

This is what they are asking for:

 

·Domain registration / Domain invoice at registration or renewal that lists Entity/Username and domain as it is stated on your account.
·If not possible to provide additional documentation, please update your account information to match with documents already provided.

I see that the profile is verified

 

Legal business profile 

Verification Status
 Authorized
 
But i am not able to renew my silver membership - it says verify account 🙄

@Akshat1 I can no longer see any details about your ticket as it's been set to RESOLVED. Sometimes it takes a few days for the system to recognize your verification. Can you do me a favor and check one more time to see if you can get your silver membership? How many days ago did they resolve your ticket? It can take up to a week (I've been told) to get the system up to date.

 

If it's been longer than that please submit a new support ticket and share your ticket number here so I can try and escalate it internally. Sorry for your troubles here! 🌻

@Akshat1 , I'm sorry you are having issues with this, many partners are. Can you share with me your support ticket number so I can check the status of it for you?
