Domain ownership verification

I am trying to verify the ownership of my domain & added the TXT record exactly as described to the AWS server, attached a screenshot,

It is more than a week & it is not verified, I opened a ticket ID2105210040002894, with no use for a week now

I have developed a PowerPoint add-in which  invested in development thousands of dollars & around 6 months of continuous work to build it & I am stuck now for more than a month trying to get the account accepted to post the addin

I can't believe that Microsoft support is that slow 

I need help, please

Here is a solution for this topic:

After 6 weeks from opening the ticket, I finally got a phone from a support engineer which escalated the issue twice to another 2 support engineers & no one could help

I had another TXT record for Google verification onto my website records, I have removed this record & readded Microsoft record & It worked on the spot

I am not sure how & why Microsoft support engineers didn't have this piece of info or experience, anyway, it is done!

Hi @Andra ,

Thank you for all your help around this, I totally appreciate it
My MPN account is got authorized, but my developer account (which is needed to submit my Addin to Microsoft app source) is still stuck at the Business verification step

I have an open ticket for this issue since May 19 ID: 2105190040007246

 Isn't it related to the MPN account so as long as the MPN is authorized the developer account should be authorized too?

Can you please help or advise what should I do to get the developer account authorized?

I can happily see others' issues are being resolved faster
I would appreciate any feedback, any communication from any type regarding my issue
It is about two month since this has started & a month asking to get my domain being verified

Each case is different and has different resolution times. In your particular case I have escalated this internally with all available resources.

@Andra Hi Andra,
it is almost 3 weeks now & the issue is still unsolved!
I am really struggling over here & all what I need is to change the email!!
Does this support have any kind of QA??!
We are keeping looping around same issue
- We can't verify your account becaue of my hotmail is on the account

- To change the hotmail, I need to be a gobal admin

- I have provided all the documents, added the TXT record to the domain

- I get a reply to change the hotmail

 

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE HOTMAIL WITHOUT BEING A GLOBAL ADMIN??
I AM READY TO PAY OR SUBSCRIBE TO ANY SERVICE IF THAT IS AN OPTION TO GET MY ISSUE RESOLVED

 

Or If we can delete the whole account & make a new one!

Thank you for additional feedback and questions and I do realize this situation is out of the ordinary.
Do you know who is the global admin and can you reach out to that person to change your email address?
While I am not in capacity to advise further, I have forwarded your message along with all details internall to another team.

It is a sole proprietorship, there no one other than me! it is just me!

 

Regarding the CAPS, I was just trying to consolidate the issue to this simple question!
I am sorry for this!

I have been waiting for two months, Andra, wasting time, effort & budgets, I even tried to hire someone to help me around!
I am stressed & being frustrated by the level of MPN support

Hi,

 

how do you suggest I find help?  I have the same issue and it is running into its third month of zero movement.  I am unable to verify anything, the sttaic help is borderline useless and I can't renew my Action Pack because of it all which is impacting my business and quite frankly making me seriously consider other platforms.  

 

When I opened my account none of this was an issue and I am quite honestly unsure as to what Microsoft think they are protecting.  Why does my company require a domain at all?  

 

How can I escalate this issue as no-one seems to be listening on the emails
