Credit Card Option Not available for Microsoft Action Pack Subscription (From India)

I am trying to purchase Microsoft Action Pack, via membership offer in MPN.

I am not getting Credit card option to purchase the same. Only wire transfer is shown and not able to get option to change that.

Please help me on this

Already raised an Ticket ID 2008020010000081 but no response.

 After searching in Microsoft site I found that for India only option is Wire Transfer / Cheque. Link below

Note: You should always insert the address corresponding to your credit card and not corresponding to your legal entity address if they differ. Also, please make sure that the zip code is correct and corresponds to the address you indicate.

I opened the case on 8/2/2020, 9:42:56 AM UTC.

I already followed the link shared but I didn't get the payment preference selection instead just following info.

Your selected payment preference : Electronic bank transfer
